So the answer is no - there is no, and probably will never be a method to burn PSX games on CD/DVD-R/RW and launch them by ESR.You can burn some images as files (ISO9600+UDF with DVD-Video files) and launch them by PS2PSXe which was first launch by ESR mc version. In theory, for PSX any method similiar to UDF modification it's another special app which must be design for CDX/UMCDR. You cannot write PSX image on DVD because non of 'burners for general' can burn in mode2, RAW-DAO96 and probably some other mechacon restrictions.
